Emma Reynolds (pictured standing) is the owner-operator of Caring Transitions of Lawrenceville North Central GA. and serves as our Chief Advocate for Seniors. A U.S. Army service-connected disabled Veteran, Emma has been a proud resident of Gwinnett County, Georgia, for 30 years.
She brings a powerful combination of corporate excellence and heart-centered leadership to her clients. Leveraging a 25-year career spanning federal, state, and private organizations, Emma utilizes her business administration expertise to provide courteous, accurate, and safe services across all operations. She is deeply intentional about delivering exceptional care and establishing a culture of excellence.
As a committed trainer in professional and personal skills development, Emma spent nine years as a part-time adjunct faculty member teaching across three different universities within the Schools of Business Administration in Gwinnett County.
In 2019, Emma transitioned from the traditional workforce to launch her own training and workforce development company. For several years, she delivered essential soft-skills training—including in job readiness, effective communication, and team-building—to corporate professionals and students throughout Georgia, Asia, and Russia.
Then, life became her greatest teacher.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Emma traveled frequently to Miami to help care for her beloved sister (pictured seated) during a difficult health journey. After her sister’s passing, Emma experienced firsthand the overwhelming responsibility of helping to settle an estate and making countless tough decisions while grieving.
This profound experience marked a permanent turning point for Emma. In her sister's honor, she redirected her professional expertise to purchase, locally own, and operate this business.
Now, as a Certified Relocation & Transition Specialist (CRTS™), Emma and her dependable and trustworthy team are exclusively committed to helping seniors and their families navigate downsizings, asset liquidations, relocations, and major life changes with the utmost dignity, empathy, and personalized support.
This work seamlessly reflects Emma's 20+ years of people-centered service and deep community engagement across Georgia. She has spent decades leading volunteer outreach teams, visiting seniors in assisted living communities, and facilitating Bible study groups. Today, she continues to volunteer with organizations that align with her passion for serving others. Emma also remains an active leader in her church community, serving as a licensed minister and elder in Lilburn, GA.
